A lot of the people here are great. The culture takes some getting used to, its not for everyone. Anyone used to a structured corporate environment might have some difficulty adjusting. It has its benefits though, casual working environment, summer hours, fun products

Cons

Communication from senior management on what is going on in the organization is poor. Executives don't always recognize/appreciate the more junior staff that help get things done.
