There are some decent, hardworking people here, but unfortunately, none of them are in leadership positions.

Cons

Leadership is a major issue. They continue to bring in ineffective and toxic leaders, which is causing a lot of frustration causing many employees to leave.

Great location which is underneath the subway. Free snacks and classes to attend if you have time

MICRO MANAGEMENT Rude and disrespectful Directors They have S&OPs which are out dated. This role is more order management and not planning. SAP is available but most is planning is done thru excel. They don't trust your decisions. Once a month you have a meeting at 7am Lots of favoritism in this department
