- the coworkers are good - good benefits

Cons

- upper management is super toxic and leads by fear even though they’re not good at their job - raises are few and far between - lots of people constantly getting laid off - in Jan 2026 they’re making us come in 4 days a week

Tons of benefits and hybrid model. Good to have corporate experience on your resume. Interesting industry to learn and take to your next role.

Cons

- Every year is a restructure so your job is never safe. - Management plays favourites within their own team. - Salaries are really really low. The company loves to preach and talk about diversity, but they actually don't care internally. Nobody in upper management is a visible minority and yet they want to target diverse households.

NONE - they don't care about anyone but themselves. One of the founders made sure he didn't speak to staff. Another one just made sure his office was perfectly decorated. HR was non existant.
