Terrible management. A 3rd grader is smarter than most of them. Zero processes or collaboration. IT is such a bloat for a company this size and continues to build bureaucracy instead of working to solve business problems. HR thinks they own the place while innovation has been at its lowest and instead of focusing on improving on the one aspect that keeps the money coming in, they are focusing on non essentials like ERP upgrades that is bound to fail. Definitely not a good place to work at.

Lack of transparency: Layoffs were quietly rolled out without clear communication. Teams were eliminated with little warning, and leadership downplayed the scope publicly. Severance was minimal: they did not consider the macro economic environment and how hard it will be to find a job in this climate. They give little support or financial security. Poor offboarding experience: You’re valued until the moment you’re not. The shift in tone months before you’re off payroll is stark. Instability: Strategic shifts, licensing volatility, and reactive leadership make long-term planning difficult.
