Creative environment and great pool of talented dedicated professionals. Workspace is good size not too crowded - ability to work from home if you are set up. The projects are varied enough to keep the work interesting. Stable company. Neat/Fun brands and entertainment.

Cons

Unfortunately the hours are long, the workload is big and the deadlines can be tight. Work life balance is very challenging. Compensation is not on the top end. A lot of job turnover- can't seem to keep good talent. Hiring inexperienced workers to save money - no time to properly train - understaffed by experienced workers. hopefully managment can fix things so that deadlines aren't so compacted.
