Can be completely ignored by management with work related tasks and/or concerns because "they're too busy" Meetings, meetings, meetings ... Short deadlines can lead to late nights and burnout High turnover rate of employees Has an air of an old boys club, favoritism In chaotic transition from a start-up mentality into a bigger corporate structure.
