Toxic. Toxic. Toxic

Pros

There are some decent, hard-working people around. Office is also nice and in good location.

Cons

This is by far the worst place I've ever worked. Colleagues are nice but management cannot be worse, making it a very toxic environment. I was in fact bullied out by my own manager. Mind you, this was not the first time it happended with the very same person, who is still there bullying everyone around. The problem must be systemic. Management is based on threats and insults. No interpersonal skills whatsoever. To the point that the person was uncapable of saying "good morning" to team members; only talked to other managers. Organisation skills are also null, which rose the level of stress and anxiety for the whole team. Not to mention constant attempts to put one team member against the other. My advice to anyone considering a job there - avoid at all costs for the sake of your own sanity and health. It is a toxic environment and pay is not great.

Thank you. We do have a wonderfully open and welcoming culture with thriving employee networks which make it easy for us to participate and collaborate together so we can make a positive impact on purposeful and rewarding projects. As we continue to grow and develop it's important to be mindful of politics as we navigate AI and big data which is changing the way we learn and discover. In the tech space, the team provides the critical platforms to speed up science and learning.
