Pros

I have been working in the company for 8 years. It is very inspiring to evidence how much this organisation has evolved over this time and how it has adapted their processes and procedures to market´s needs. I particularly enjoy the multicultural working environment and the possibility to work and learn from people of other nationalities, cultures, age etc. I also appreciate very much the purpose and mission of the company and their DEI views. Helping scientists, researchers, educators and professionals in improving their knowledge and dissemination of research is especially rewarding for me. I am proud to work in this company and to be able to contribute to a better world for my children and future generations. I am also very happy with the work-life balance policies and mindset from the Managers.

Cons

Due to the VUCA environment and the big size of the Organization, it is sometimes complicated to quickly respond to the market changes. However, I am aware that there is work in progress and I can see lots of improvements regarding this topic. At the end of the day, change is constant everywhere.

Thank you. We are indeed a global and progressive business and our brands are widely respected. It is very rewarding to be part of a business that is the cornerstone of progress and influences global learning on subjects that matter to the World. Our culture and, to your point, flexibility and work life balance makes us unique and a special place to work. Thanks again.
