Pros

Working at Springer Nature enables me to access a plethora of learning opportunities. Perks include a large training budget that includes job-related courses and undergraduate degree programs. The company even pays our subscripts to LinkedIn Learning and Calm. Further, the well-being initiatives are amazing and they include a work from home policy and subscriptions to world class counseling services.

Cons

I wish we had a budget for study tours and exchange programs as the Group is large and it would be very motivating to experience other operations in other jurisdiction to further open the mind and improve a sense of belonging and being appreciated.

Pros

I enjoy working for Springer Nature as it is a supportive, forward thinking and flexible employer where everyone is valued and given opportunities to thrive. The company has a strong focus on learning and development, and being an inclusive employer. Every day I have opportunities to gain new knowledge, expand my skill set and contribute to disemminating cutting edge research.

Cons

Although the company has come a long way to improve job flexibility (in terms of working from home) I still think there is further room to improve.
