Conflicted

Business Outlook

Pros

The only benefits that were of use were free college, free coffee and flexibility (only barista schedules were 100% flexible, shift supervisors had to be a little more available for the business.)

Cons

This job took a toll on my mental and physical health. Shifts are very draining if you work full time or close to it. Some store locations can have very good management and support, and others can lack support and have average staff. Pay close attention to the store you're considering applying to. There is a lack of consistency between stores and how they are ran overall.

Pros

It's an easy enough job that you can leave behind you at the end of your shift.

Cons

Not the worst pay but they aren't gonna invest in you. Scheduling can be rough.
