Pros

Decent pay, benefits after 90 days, tipped out weekly though it depends on your amount. You get for the week and is divided through everyone,

Cons

Irritable customers, never felt supported by management or district managers, gets clicky really quick, if you are sick expect to call around to get coverage or come in sick. If you don't have a ride, make sure you're at least able to walk because tardiness is a big issue. one of the winters. I literally walked 5 mi to get there.

Thank you for your valuable insights. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the benfits we offered, but we are disappointed to hear you did not feel supported. We understand that peak hours can become challenging and strive to provide the resources our teams need to excel during these moments. This includes having enough partners to continue the seamless experience that we champion in our stores. If this wasn't the case in your store, we encourage you to reach out to Customer Contact Center so we can better understand your experience and take the appropriate next steps.
