I'm thankful for every working day here. I love going to work, and this is the first time in my life. The project is related to my interests, the people are great, the compensation is on time. There is an opportunity for career advancement. Although I started out with no customer service experience, I received good training.

Cons

At first, I had to memorize and assimilate quite a lot of information, but then it becomes easier
