      Pros

      These are the best 3 years of my life. A very good employer. I had no experience in support, but I learned everything and it has grown like a manager. I am grateful for the experience and good attitude, and training. I am now changing the scope of work, but I am grateful to this place and recommend it to everyone.

      There were some unusual processes, but nothing that you can't get used to after some time. New time off policy was confusing at first
