      Pros

      People care about the work they are doing, they believe in the evolution of agricultural practices.

      Cons

      Weird almost cult-like environment with much emphasis put on social activities not work. Marketing in Canada is run by someone with no marketing background, no strategic vision, no understanding of channels or campaigns or digital at all. Very insular company, promoting people based on time in not qualifications.

      keeps restructuring every 6 months. No one knows what their colleagues do. No long-term vision from senior management, blinded by short term financial results Lays off valuable people
