      Pros

      Benefits are great, depending on location and crops you might get to work with, local support can be fantastic or a disaster. Choose wisely where and who might be your manager, some can inspire you.

      Cons

      Layers and layers of people to decide or approve anything. Slow processes, terrible HR, all is done by self service web based.

      Pros

      Good people, team work, exposure to new technologies and chemistries. Good pratices for knowledge management. Good training opportunities. Ok benefits and vacation.

      Cons

      Favouritism for growth opportunities, no value for hard workers and drivers, cost cutting all the time. Management does not accept mistakes.

      A large multinational with all the advantages and disadvantages

      Pros

      Good benefits.Good salary. Opportunities for advancement within the company. Many locations throughout the US and throughout the world, so relocation is an option if that is interesting to you.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy. Very focused on performance for the current quarter/current year without paying attention to the long term. Many managers are moved around in the corporation and have little knowledge of their specific area.
