      Pros

      High proportion of good quality, likeable and committed employees. Good salary and benefits. Good work-life balance and flexible working arrangements.

      Cons

      No career management framework - best opportunities are filled from small insider groups. Consultant-driven strategy and inward focused - 'customer' is an intellectual concept. Matrix organisation is poorly configured - decision making is slow and ineffective.

      A few fantastic managers and intelligent people who make the environment tolerable.

      Cons

      Definitely who you know that counts here. There are still people here with little or no education who have been here forever and are power hungry; they are ill equipped to handle change or manage anything, let alone other people who are educated and intelligent.
