      Pros

      Syngneta is a wonderful company. It has a flexible work schedule and great benefits. The people are all very nice, smart and willing to help you. Plenty of room for advancement in both management and technical.

      Cons

      The pay is not as high as it could be, but the salaries are fair. Being a large company, it is sometimes hard to find information and the intranet is difficult to search.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance. Great opportunities to explore new areas. Lots of improvement opportunities which gives a lot of space to employees to explore areas of interest Leadership down to earth and approachable

      Cons

      Very diverse on low levels, when it comes to senior leadership it stops. Very long decision making process for not such huge company. The company too many forums, committees and teams because managers cannot take decisions. Long term goals are unrealistic which translates into short term goals also unrealistic which translates in mediocre behavior since "the goal was too high anyways"

      Creating employment in India for leveraging Cost Advantage 14-Billion US$D in 14 years by accruing various companies pay OK Competitive environment Difficult to think of more pros.

      Cons

      Loyalty or performance doesn't matter what matter is "Boss ka Spoon Hero" e.g book meeting room for your boss, Sit in office till your boss is sitting in office etc . Leadership is not very clear what they want achieve Team work or collaborations is question for Syngenta-GDC? They hired for A Job and then they tell you to do B Job (Have fun) Play's with people careers Place for people who enjoy Politics e.g who is talking to whom and y. Fresher please don't join they will make you good for nothing. No work life balance
