      Pros

      Love what I do. It can lead to moving up in the company. I love the people I work with.

      Cons

      I don't agree with the idea of only giving minimum wage increases to only those that they have to legally. People who are there for 10 or 11 years end up getting the same as those who just come in to minimum wage increases. I feel that it is unfair to those who have proven themselves to the company and I think your wages should reflect that.

      Pros

      Easy way to progress in the company. I've been with the company for almost two years (in July) and have already been promoted. Good pay, you get an increase in pay every year for your review and sometimes a dollar increase from the company. Your hours are pretty good, sometimes they suck and sometimes they don't. You get a solid 20 hours for part timers set to you throughout the week but you can get more by picking up call out shifts.

      Cons

      the customers are extremely nit picky. Some can get very rude and threaten to call corporate so you have to bend to their command basically. there's usually a good amount of older and younger employees, which can sometimes cause drama. Sometimes you're stuck in a rock and a hard place when it comes to employees. Management takes forever to train the employees on the needed areas (I.e. Cash register and sales floor)
