Too many managers to report too. Your workload always increases due to crazy union demands. You always come into work knowing youll need to fix other peoples mistakes

Pros

They were willing to hire a part-time high school graduate looking for a summer job. The work is insanely easy (this might be a con...) Nice atmosphere.

Cons

It's retail. So you have to deal with customers. Having to push the TJX rewards card sucked because you had to ask everyone, but people would get really mad at you for asking. And since it's a scam, I never really wanted to share anyway.
