      Disorganized mess

      Pros

      Great office location overlooking Madison Park. Frequent splurges on company-wide parties. Unlimited vacation. Company is successful so far because its core business offering is valuable.

      Cons

      The perks are great, but actually working here can be miserable. There is no project management to speak of, and no guidance or leadership from management. Each day is disorganized chaos, constantly putting out fires and catering to whichever client is complaining the loudest. Engineering has a few smart people, but mostly "hacker" types posing as engineers (CS degree not needed). Very self-congratulatory attitudes when no progress has been made.

      Pros

      Very smart people, good work-life balance, well-stocked kitchen, good office culture. There is lots of room for growth as the company is expanding very quickly.

      Cons

      A bit disorganized, but things are improving. Engineering is stretched a bit thin and some projects that are necessary for infrastructure have been lagging a bit, but I think thats because the company is growing very very rapidly.
