Pros
-Culture in the office is 2nd to none. -Every employee from the Leadership team down is such a pleasure to work with. -So much transparency when it comes to the direction of the company or reasons behind every decision made which is very rare to find. -Management across all departments are willing to listen to everyones opinions and/or ideas which is so awesome to have in a company. -So many team events/outings all year round. -I believe work/life balance here is a priority to the company which I absolutely love. -The environment in the office day to day is so enjoyable that I actually look forward to going to work every day. Yes, I just said I "enjoy" going to work :-) -Benefits are great and love the unlimited PTO -CEO is in the office every day and is very much approachable which I love as well.
Cons
I feel the environment set by Tapad is so great, that some people might take advantage of the perks given here.
