Pros

The lower level paid employees are some of the most genuine people in the world. Really care about their work and the people around them. Other than that…………….that’s it

Cons

There is a strong culture of finger pointing rather than accountability. Advancement appears to depend more on office politics and corporate jargon than on hard work or performance. Meetings are frequently unproductive and focus more on internal politics than meaningful outcomes. Management relies heavily on micromanagement rather than clear KPIs or strong leadership. The company promotes a patient first narrative, but decision making feels driven primarily by stock performance. Work life balance is discouraged and employees are expected to over invest in the job at the expense of their families. Instructions are vague and lack proper direction. I would not recommend working here.
