During non-peak season you have good work life balance Salary is fair Coworkers are easy to work with and helpful

Cons

Company is large and sometimes hard to navigate Annual bonus can be vastly different year to year Peak season is overwhelming Some other departments we work with can make things difficult by not being as helpful Working with offshore partners can lead to a lot of rework They use systems to track adherence, which feels like you’re being micromanaged
