Pros

Transunion (TRU) was my first job in the US and I have never had to look elsewhere. In the 15+ years at TRU, I have played a variety of roles in different aspects of the business, felt challenged over and over, and continue to learn something new every day. The most awesome thing about my journey at TRU is that I have grown with the company and the people I have worked with have brought out the best in me. I am truly grateful to TRU for believing in me and showing that if you are willing to give your best then the company will give its best to you!

Cons

Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty, I am simply grateful to have a glass!

Pros

Great high school & college internship programs, good medical/dental benefits, new open floor/team building space at corporate location with new gym and cafe.

Cons

Promotions for those that do less work, more work for those that are more qualified and already overworked.

Pros

- People. - Work from home (depending on who your director is) - Close to transportation.

Cons

- Upper management lacks transparency and has put forth aggressive goals to achieve but no clear plan on how to achieve them with lack of resources and support which creates disengagement among employees. - Lots of people leaving due to extreme change in management. Overhead one director telling an employee that they if they don't like the new direction of the company then maybe they this is not the company for them. - Lack of communication from upper management. - Technology is not up to date. - Everyone can see the writing on the wall that the company is getting ready to sell based on recent cut backs and lay offs.
