      - Very competitive compensation package; - Interesting problems and challenges to solve; - Great engineering tooling; - Amazing office, with a great location in Sao Paulo; - Amazing colleagues, both technically and personally.

      Cons

      - A few managers are good engineers but not as good at managing people, lacking soft skills; - Hybrid work policy could be better - we go to the office to stay on Zoom. - Work-life balance suffers a bit, mostly during on-call shifts.
