      Creative environment, fun coworkers, true vision for changing the world and leadership structure that values every idea - from intern to C-level.

      Cons

      Rate of growth means cramped quarters, HQ location is a lunch/bar desert around the building, no offices - only pods.

      Tons of autonomy. I've had the opportunity to run my own business unit. I've also had the opportunity to sharpen my analytical skills.

      Cons

      Uber requires me to work long hours but there is definitely a light at the end of the tunnel. Each city is like a startup so you can shape policies in your local office to make things work for you and your team.
