Pros
Relatively good money and benefits. Work from home as the new normal, which may be a bad thing for many people as no one go to the office but you are just facing the computer screen all the time without human interaction and social life.
Cons
Very undisciplined management, not much alignment for strategy, hiring extra amount of workers for not enough tasks during the pandemic, then making huge layoffs in early 2022 even after making record high profit in 2021.
