In Vale we are always in changing, Vale is a new company and it needs to improve its process to be the best company to work in Brazil.

Bloated, bureaucratic and old school Vale procurement is simply awful, slow, focused on lowest cost bidder, very political. Closely controlled by Brazil who have no idea about operating in Canada. Very little value placed on people. Safety statistics are pursued with a frothing at the mouth zeal, whilst missing the point that its about people and not statistics. Overall senior management is very poor, technically competent with little people skills.
