      Short and long term planning.

      Pros

      It used to have a good pay. Value safety.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic environment. Doesn´t have a short and long-term business plan. They were laying off last year and now… are hiring again! Need to be assertive.

      A good place to work for a while

      Pros

      There is no ordinary day, very dynamic and interesting. A lot going on, always. The bonus and benefits were very, very good. The team I worked directly and most of the time were amazing, very prepared for the job and also fun. I recommend this company for anywone who wants to build on their CV. It is a good place to learn about everything, but have in mind there is no work balance.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical and can take ages to get something done. The HR is a joke, seriously. The head of the department I used to work was formally accused of moral harassment by several employees during 2 years and nothing was done. Other similar situations in other departments were not addressed as well.
