      Pros

      Good salaries, benefits and Pension Most of the people are good.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is non existent even though you're told it is. Upper mgmt. is above the polices normal employees are expected to follow. One of the worst companies in terms of planning executing projects.

      Pros

      Good benefit, work & life balance, good people, good facilities. Nice place to work and enhance experiences. Very good team work to solve the problems. Completed training for employees.

      Cons

      Life and work in remote area. The plant is full of hazard, but we are completed with PPE. Shortage of engineering standards, slow career moving, Lack of transportation facilities.

      Pros

      Very positive energy and corporate culture in the office. Loved working with the client base that I had. Decent salary and excellent bonus structure. Benefits are ok, but the dental could be brought into the 21st century.

      Cons

      When challenges arise sometimes the willingness to work through them seem to disappear. That's when you're offered a package to leave quietly. Sometimes the "opportunities for improvement" are just bogus and management no longer wants to work with you.
