      Pros

      Health benefits and depending on your manager, to a certain extent career and succession

      Cons

      Globally, lack of grooming and consideration provided to non brazilians in terms of career succession and progression (to a managerial level) Lack of processes Lack of English capability means that things are lost in translation most of the time Too bureaucratic = lack of efficiency = loophole for people to exploit the syatem

      Pros

      Great compensation benefits, health, bonuses, pension. I have worked with some really great people.

      Cons

      Company facing major financial constraints due to global challenges of core iron ore business which is heavily dependent on China's Economy, resulting in internal contraction and restructuring.

      Lots of great opportunities

      Pros

      It has a very well established global mobility program so an employee would have lots of opportunities to work in other countries. Many good projects both domestic and global provide the employee with lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, with a lack of global vision from the head office. What applies in Brazil is expected to apply to all the countries within which the company operates. Cannot really say that it is a global organization in its processes.
