      Pros

      A lot of opportunity to work with colleagues from other countries, multinational working environment, attractive compensation, friendly environment, helpful managers.

      Cons

      Eating and drinking too much cola, working off on time, insurance and dental that makes an employee attend work without MC.

      - New CEO bringing freshen air for the Company - Over the average annual bonus - Outstanding financial and operational performance

      Cons

      - Despite its internationalization, there aren´t many opportunities for Brazilians abroad - Two organizational cultures in constant struggle: The older public employees and the recently hired "high potentials" - Huge and bureaucratic structure hindering business development - Meritocracy still isn´t part of the organizational culture. It´s observed only in some company´s clusters

      -The company is growing and as such there are a lot of challanges on the way, so it is a great opporunity to learn a lot in a short period of time. -New CEO reinforces health & safety as a priority as well as focus on the employees -The company is based in Brazil, and has operations all over the world, so there are International opportunities -If you like constantly changing enviroment this company will be a good fit for you.

      Cons

      -Vale is a very large company so communication can be an issue -As mentioned above the company grew in a short period of time so changes happen constantly and as with any changes there is a room for frustrations, misunderstanding because projects might be dropped, changed or forgotten.
