      Global company with diverse culture and lots of experiences to face which is a big chance to learn and develop

      Cons

      Due to a complex and big company you can face lots of burocracy sometimes and lots of silos seems to be different companies inside one

      Pros

      There is no ordinary day, very dynamic and interesting. A lot going on, always. The bonus and benefits were very, very good. The team I worked directly and most of the time were amazing, very prepared for the job and also fun. I recommend this company for anywone who wants to build on their CV. It is a good place to learn about everything, but have in mind there is no work balance.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical and can take ages to get something done. The HR is a joke, seriously. The head of the department I used to work was formally accused of moral harassment by several employees during 2 years and nothing was done. Other similar situations in other departments were not addressed as well.
