Business Outlook
Pros
Very positive energy and corporate culture in the office. Loved working with the client base that I had. Decent salary and excellent bonus structure. Benefits are ok, but the dental could be brought into the 21st century.
Cons
When challenges arise sometimes the willingness to work through them seem to disappear. That's when you're offered a package to leave quietly. Sometimes the "opportunities for improvement" are just bogus and management no longer wants to work with you.
