      Pros

      I've worked at lots of other places, and Visa is a great place to work. Pay is great, benefits are good, lots of work-life balance. It's an interesting company with a lot of talented people.

      Constant re-orgs, seems to be about every 8 months.

      Visa's 3Q's earnings jumped but payment volume is low in the US - How is that possible?

      Nice food in the cafeteria; new gym soon; receptionists are really nice

      Cons

      You wanna know how to make the numbers even though payment volume is declining? Just cut a lot of internal expenses - a.k.a. lay-offs and ousting the president - and make people work as hard as they can because they should be thankful for having a job in this economy. This company became a sweat shop. In the meantime new corporate jets are leased and bonus are paid.
