Pros

Fancy HQ, too bad the building is not being used due to Covid

Cons

The company is prohibiting its own employees to comment on social media regarding the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Wargaming employees cannot support Ukraine people because if they are found they might incur consequences in the workplace or be discriminated. The company stopped all its PR activities due to this. Check out their own channels. They prefer to be in silence and silence their employees than taking a stand for Ukraine.
