Pros

Nice design to physical work space.

Cons

Coworkers come across as welcoming, but you will quickly learn no one has your back during faults if you are new. If you are not TRULY bought into the culture, it is hard to take seriously. Extremely low pay for hours you are asked/required to work. I was hired into one location, and moved into another I was not as passionate about without any sort of conversation prior to. Hard conversations twisted, i.e they have a script in their head they want you to follow/certain words you 'need' to say.

CEO and Upper Management Don't Respect Employees

Pros

Trendy Coworkers (non upper management) are solid honest people

Cons

CEO and upper management have a blatant disregard and disrespect towards their employees (demanding 14+ hour days from SALARIED employees, telling employees to work over time (non salaried) but not record it, ignoring open discussion questions from employees telling them we are seriously underpaid)
