Pros

Great pay and benefits, challenging work, opportunities for growth, beautiful office, talented co workers, great management, much money spent on employees, many events, great technology and hardware, endless sick days, a lot of vacation days, equity!

Cons

The company is young so you will be the founder of many work processes, which is both good and bad

Pros

WeWork is a unique company – working at the Digital Team means creating products that no other company built before, so there is a lot of place for innovation, creativity, and growth.

Cons

Working dynamics at WeWork Digital similar to dynamics at startups, which is very demanding but also rewarding.
