Pros

WeWork is a fast paced, fun, creative company that is striving to create a healthy work environment culture of its members and employees. Huge networking opportunity, incredible wealth of knowledge and hard skills.

Cons

Lots of hours, it is a new, quickly growing company growing company that is creating processes for a relatively new industry. Because of this not every process is perfect, but neither is any organization. Biggest area of growth is being able to find and foster talent within the company.

Pros

Decent work culture, lots of food around, get to meet a lot of different people

Cons

You're expected to do the work load of 3 people, low pay, one co-founder definitely has a "god complex". As an employer WeWork is a joke. As a business WeWork is genius.
