Pros

No pros - they don't value anyone and believe everyone is replaceable. Do yourself a favour and don't bother.

Cons

Everything, everything, everything, and everything.

Pros

The role I was handling here was strategic compared to my past experience and this enabled me to navigate to a more diverse domain after exiting WeWork.

Cons

The environment here is toxic and unbearable enough, that one is left with no choice but to pack one’s dignity and exit the hell-hole at the earliest possibility. This company has no regard for high performers as the insecure and incompetent directors see them as threats. As they say, all ends that ends well. And most people I know who exited the company are all in better places now. Because, nothing can be worse than WeWork, especially if you are part of the Sales team. Should you wish to join this company I won’t discourage you, join and see for yourself how empty souls are acting like they are “doing what they love” every single day.

Pros

Being able to work at different offices.

Cons

Totally incompetent CTO (Japan WeWork). Company outsources software development to Japanese outsourcing company with horrible software developers who use archaic technology.
