Flexible work hours, brand name when looking from the outside.

Cons

A big vacuum of local leadership in the West. Insecure senior management who surrounds themselves with "Yes Man's". Highly incompetent Senior/Mid Level leadership, most of the people were stagnant in their respective careers at their previous firms saw this as an opportunity to jump ship and brought all the bad habits from their previous companies here as well.

Nice design to physical work space.

Cons

Coworkers come across as welcoming, but you will quickly learn no one has your back during faults if you are new. If you are not TRULY bought into the culture, it is hard to take seriously. Extremely low pay for hours you are asked/required to work. I was hired into one location, and moved into another I was not as passionate about without any sort of conversation prior to. Hard conversations twisted, i.e they have a script in their head they want you to follow/certain words you 'need' to say.

Cons

No work/life balance. Crazy pressure from the top Executives. Employees burn out very quickly.
