Upper management and execs are micromanagers and extremely inexperienced - marketing creatives beware

The teams you work with will be great and extremely talented There used to be a lot of opportunity to travel (not anymore)

Cons

- insane hours (15 hour days insane) - no actual ability to be creative because there are so many conflicting creative directions - they just want inexperience pixel pushers - Execs are weirdly overly involved in the creative process - final projects end up looking terrible because of this

Perks, free beers, fruits, coffee, access to wework. “Some” good people

Cons

The most political organization I have ever worked with. Your experience, expertise, professional certificate, and degree are irrelevant. I’d say 85% of managers and directors are incapable and incompetent but arrogant. Yes men who are staying late all the time without personal life are rewarded. If you want to be acknowledged, just follow the order without thinking. You will be promoted. Design process is incredibly manual. Very white. No leadership positions for people with color.
