Work/Life Balance. Good pay for new employees coming into the company.

Cons

Culture is a bunch of lies. The reality is this: a) It hard to find quality employees because hiring is broken. If you are good at talking, repeating culture jargon, and business buzzwords in the interview, you can easily get it.

Pros

Salaries are alright, but doesn't pay for all the humiliation and stress.

Cons

Fake company, proper cult. They use people and throw them on the streets, I watched this happening to my colleagues. Massive corporation with so much negativity, pressure, covering all of that with events and alcohol. They do not follow a single word they preach. No family values, or respect to people who have children, or do not drink. You can't be who you are - most of the management are racist. You must follow their CEO's ideas and can't say what you want to say. You will get sacked for this, quietly, of course - media is a proof. No career development for years. Promotion is impossible, as they keep hiring and add layers of management.

Mediocre leadership, no sense of culture, very unethical organization
