- Smart and passionate people around - Recent leadership changes and new focus makes sense. Seems like a lot of professionals participated in strategy development - A lot of stuff to do

Cons

- quick growth and following enterprise "transformation". Some processes are distracting and annoying, some - just broken - constant reorgs and changing direction hurts - cultural hit after IPO-fiasco period
