Low pay, lack of global vision, discrimination of non-Korean employees, almost zero career growth opportunities, dishonest management and HR department

No possibility to evolve Salaries are weak for the industry, no benefits beside insurance Bad atmosphere which keeps deteriorating because of management Games outdated The company was never perfect under Gala Network, but it went from bad to worse with the new management. Motivated and competent staff are dismissed or led on to promises, which led to many departure of good elements. Current management in Dublin is at the source of the bad atmosphere in the company (harassment, passive-aggressiveness, to name a few), with no possibility to have actions done to improve the situation. I would not recommend this company, even for starting in the industry, there is too much negativity, no possibility for a raise/job change.
