      In the middle of some interesting changes all around.

      Cons

      All employees are casually expected to work over-time. Almost all employees are replaced after less than 5 years except for some higher management positions.

      Great overtime benefit system that convert your overtime into 1.5 the amount of paid extra leave or cash, generally good benefits for Korean standards, modern office building

      Cons

      It really depend what team you'll end up in but I experienced a toxic work environment create by managers, extreme micromanagement, no chances to learn and improve, no career advancement espacially for foreign employees, bullying with reports to HR by several people that have been ignored, super high turn-over of the department should speak for itself
