I thoroughly enjoy working for The Wellbridge Company! From the time I started and had the pleasure of leading one of the many Clubs across the Country, I was embraced as part of the Family! The heart that's beating and passion for people to improve their lives through fitness and wellness starts at the Corporate Office and truly infiltrates all its Clubs. You feel care and community, like your Club and Company is your home away from home!

Cons

I only wish I could see my beloved peers from other Regions more often! They're stellar people and would love to have more in person contact. Though, our yearly Company gathering of the leaders in Vail, Colorado is such a treat and am so grateful we have that opportunity each year!

Pros

I've been in the industry for 17 years and this company has some of the most passionate, energetic, and postive team members that I have ever had the proveledge to work with. There has not been a day that I have not thoroughly enjoyed coming to work and interacting with my members and staff.

Cons

If you truly love your job and are doing it for the right reasons, there are not 'cons" to working for any company. Everything is a choice, and I choose to learn from every challenge and turn obstacles into opportunities.

Pros

Career growth is taken seriously, feedback is encouraged, and most clubs are truly top of the line, often the best in the area. Club management can be inconsistent, but at the top clubs you will work with some of the best professionals in the industry. The clubs are well established in their communities and some have truly incredible programming and facilities.

Cons

Software system is antiquated making accurate reporting difficult. Consistent disconnect between corporate and club staff. Lines of command can be fuzzy, so often times there are too many cooks in the kitchen, with no one fully authorized to make a decision.
