Colleagues in local office, work travel opportunities, reasonable autonomy for your daily routine

Cons

Increasing bullying by senior managers who became steadily more remote from middle to junior colleagues in culture and customer care. To progress, clearly, what mattered was who you knew rather than what you knew - or could do. Erosion of the personal in favour of corporate speak. Increasingly biased towards the US rather than global in outlook. Very unfair differentials in pay - e.g. women and non-US colleagues paid much more poorly.

HR has a mass exodus every year and worst engagement levels in the whole company. Old HR Chief left while churning through a ton of people and her ways are still in place leaving everyone else half way out. If you are interviewing, try and ask for engagement scores! Wiley used to be a big player but on the decline with leaders who are mainly motivated by developing the cv
