      Great place to work. Colleagues are truly friendly. I really like all the opportunities that I get here, to work on ambitious projects. Amazing work life balance, and free food twice a week.

      Competition is the most important challenge that Yummly is facing.

      If you are passionate about food, design, software, cooking appliances, or simply love eating, this is a great place to be with a lot of friendly authentic folks who share your passion and enthusiasm.

      Cons

      We have a lot of good ideas and but there's never time to get to them all! We are as a company working to focus and align on the most impactful ideas.

      Pros

      Yummly is a company with a huge opportunity lying in front of it. They are the leading innovators in the connected cooking space and the future plans are very ambitious and exciting. This is one of the best teams I have ever worked with. I have never met a team of more passionate and hard working people. While previously a few design choices were made with meeting some short term objectives in mind, the company now has a much better calibrated long term vision.

      Cons

      The goals set forth are very ambitious. While the company manages to achieve these consistently, these goals some times make me skittish. This is probably more of an issue with me than the company.
