The assumption is that everyone’s a star, and there’s a lot of autonomy as well as collaboration. This is an exciting time to be at the company, with simultaneous projects happening in consumer products, original content, and IoT.

The Leadership team cares passionately about the customer experience and making sure employees have the support and guidance they need while keeping the bar high on hiring, product quality, and innovation. I come to work everyday knowing I will be inspired by my colleagues. There is a rigorous focus on driving our product quality to the next level. Complacency can kill an organization and its culture...there is no complacency here.
